Virtual Facilitation

The workshops described below can be delivered on a virtual platform or in person by our expert facilitators. We use Microsoft Teams and Zoom, plus a variety of collaborative tools to host virtual workshops. 

Facilitated Workshops

Custom workshops that create results, while paying attention to your group process. Whether it is one workshop or several workshops, we design agendas that achieve meeting objectives and build strong teams. 

Focus Groups

Different groups bring different perspectives, and these perspectives matter. Through question design, preparation of interview guides and detailed note capture, we provide professional feedback and insights into these perspectives. We can provide sessions for small or large groups.

Stakeholder Consultation

We bring together large and small groups of stakeholders, ask powerful questions and consolidate feedback for decision making. Whether part of a larger initiative or a singular effort to build support for an idea or initiative, we conduct sessions that are high energy, engaging and fun, where everyone has an opportunity to be heard.

Large Group Events

Exciting, exhilarating multi-person events that bring people together around a powerful question, create shared meaning and advance ideas. Our Open Space Conference, a highly engaging workshop approach, guides groups through the generation of topics, creates deeper meaning, and leads to priority setting and action planning. 



The key to a good meeting is good design and effective facilitation.

The word facilitation is derived from the Latin word, “facilis”, which means “to render less difficult” or “to make easy”. Facilitation is about creating a structure and environment that makes it easy for people to collaborate and problem solve.

    Determine flow, activities, tempo and content that will achieve the objectives.

    Evaluate and debrief what worked, what was tricky and what to do differently.
