David Anderson, BGen Ret is a defence and digital transformation expert for Berlineaton. David’s vast military career included many of the most prestigious postings and challenges, including leading the Canadian Armed Forces Digital Transformation, at the Pentagon as the Liaison Officer between the US Chairman of the Joint Chiefs and the Canadian CDS and held multiple overseas command positions.
Joshua Caul, MBA is the CEO of Berlineaton. He has over a decade of experience in Digital Transformation having led and delivered programs worth over $1B across two of the world’s largest firms, holding executive-level roles. In addition to his understanding of digital transformation, he’s a 12-year veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces. His awards include Commanders Commendation while deployed CFT150 and a CDS individual recognition for research related to cultural transformation.
Richard Eaton MA, FCMC is a founding partner of Berlineaton. He is a skilled senior consultant with over 30 years experience in a wide variety of sectors. Richard holds a Masters in Leadership, is a Lean Six Sigma blackbelt and a Certified Management Consultant and enjoys helping his clients build internal capacity to lead ongoing organizational improvements. Richard has over 40 years service as an Infantry Officer in both the British and Canadian armies where he specialized in mountainous, arctic, airborne and commando roles, and led troops on operations in Northern Ireland.
Paul Westlund, PhD is the CEO of C.E.C. Analytics and brings deep understanding for the collection of latent data, the processing and strategies to deploy the data, through AI to inform intelligence. He holds a PhD. In Chemical Engineering and a Masters Degree in Chemistry from McGill. Paul as worked with the US Navy and has deployed his technology internationally on 5 continents. Paul is Berlineaton’s resident expert on AI strategy in Defence and Security.
