Richard, a founding partner of Berlineaton, works and lives the Berlineaton vision: A world of courageous endeavours. For the past 18 years he has served alongside visionary leaders committed to delivering bolder futures for their organizations by leading transformational improvement projects in three areas of organizational excellence: direction, process and people.
BCTIA Six:Forty Challenge
Our very own Richard Eaton was one of four BC entrepreneurs invited to take the six:forty challenge by the British Columbia Technology Industry Association (BCTIA) in Vancouver on March 3, 2015. In 6 minutes and 40 seconds and using only 20 slides, Richard shared his entrepreneurship story – from growing up in the wilds of North Vancouver, to leading counter-terrorist operations in Ulster, to starting Berlineaton with Shelly Berlin nearly 20 years ago and growing it into the successful management consulting firm that it is today.

Direction: a clear, widely shared, and aspirational vision of the future and a compelling road map to get there.
Process: clear, effective and efficient steps that create meaningful outputs. Daily tasks and deliverables yield their best results when processes are clear and strong, and aligned with organizational objectives. Processes facilitate the alignment of action with direction.
People: People make it all happen. People have the skills, capacity, and impetus to translate strategic intent into reality. Ultimately, people and the culture they create drive an organization towards its chosen future.
