An Important
COVID-19 Update

“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”

- African Proverb

June 5th Update:

We recognize this is an unprecedented and challenging time for everyone. As COVID-19 changes the world around us, we are doing our part to minimize the chances that the virus might spread and to protect the health of the Berlineaton team. We remain in service of our clients during these challenging times.

The health of our clients and team members is our first priority and, while Berlineaton is open for business, we've taken the appropriate measures to maintain a safe workplace and to help our staff, associates, clients and community stay safe. Accordingly, we will continue our remote work arrangements and have recently implemented return-to-work protocols to enable our staff to continue to serve clients with the least disruption possible. Our client engagements have shifted to virtual platforms and we are complying with public health guidance on social distancing. Work on client sites will be assessed on a case-by-case basis with an eye to protect our staff, clients and communities.

As always, we are here to work alongside you to achieve a bold, healthy and safe future for all of us.

Will your organization exist five years from now?
Organizations that thrive excel in three areas:

  • Direction: a clear, widely shared, and aspirational vision of the future and a compelling road map to get there.
  • Process: clear, effective and efficient steps that create meaningful outputs. Daily tasks and deliverables yield their best results when processes are clear and strong, and aligned with organizational objectives. Processes facilitate the alignment of action with direction.
  • People: People make it all happen. People have the skills, capacity, and impetus to translate strategic intent into reality. Ultimately, people and the culture they create drive an organization towards its chosen future.
